IMCBA in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled painter to perform interior and exterior work, plastering, and refinishing across Building Authority properties. You will work under the Painting Supervisor, following safety policies and completing preventive maintenance tasks.
This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid Indiana driver's license; you will collaborate with contractors and other shops to maintain and improve facilities.
Description
Reports and takes direction from the Painting Supervisor and is responsible for the painting, finishing and refinishing work for all of the Building Authority properties.
2. Assist other shops with maintenance repair.
3. Comply with Building Authority policies, procedures and safety regulations.
4. To perform any and all other duties as assigned by the Paint Supervisor.
