Responsibilities
  1. Apply liquid coatings using various processing methods to plastic and metal products for decorative and functional purposes.
  2. Perform pad printing, spray painting, and silk screening operations.
  3. Set up, clean, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on paint equipment and workstations, including formulating painting mixtures.
  4. Fill out requisitions for paint, screens, equipment, and supplies.
  5. Operate various assembly, production equipment, and hand tools.
  6. Handle, assemble, and inspect products and parts.
  7. Conduct quality inspections and follow ISO procedures and compliance standards.
  8. Ensure proper labeling and disposal of containers and hazardous materials.
  9. Prepare and pack parts for material handling and shipping.
  10. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and complete relevant forms and reports.
  11. Rotate into other departments as needed to perform similar tasks.
  12. Work safely, professionally, and cooperatively with co-workers.
  13. Maintain good attendance, flexibility, adaptability to changing needs, and continuous learning.
  14. Meet physical and mental demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  16. Train others on skills and knowledge mastered.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.
