Overview

PAINTER - 1ST SHIFT - FALL RIVER

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Painter is primarily responsible for applying paint on metal fabricated parts. May assist in other production operations within the department. This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, safety focus, and a willingness to learn a trade. We are willing to train candidates seeking this challenge. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint using manual powder gun application.
• Perform color changes on application equipment.
• Willing to develop skills throughout the paint process.
• Maintain good housekeeping and organizational standards.
• Focus on quality parts, improve the paint process, and conduct inspections. Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
