Responsibilities

  • Mix and measure paint per specifications.

  • Post paint inspection for appearance and coverage.
  • Paint effectively on different surfaces and metals.
  • Follow safety regulations and wear PPE per OSHA guidelines.
  • Complete daily paint checklist.
  • Maintain all paint equipment and tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Properly utilizes all PPE required under OSHA Guidelines
  • Maintains all paint equipment

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Experience: 1 plus years of experience in Aircraft Painting

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The majority of work is performed in a manufacturing setting.

Work is performed in shop conditions and can be more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
