RegalCare at Worcester is a short and long-term care facility located in Worcester, MA. We are currently seeking experienced Painter to join our team!

Overview:

RegalCare at Worcester is seeking a dependable, experienced Painter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both interior and exterior painting and will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform painting and touch-up work throughout the facility (walls, ceilings, doors, trim, etc.)
• Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, patching) before painting
• Mix and match paint colors as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and painting tools
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for ongoing repair projects
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as necessary
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a healthcare or facility maintenance setting
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
