Job Summary
TIME Manufacturing Company is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our manufacturing team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint finishes to our specialized equipment, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing results. This position requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in painting techniques, and a commitment to delivering products that meet the highest standards.
Surface Preparation
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces of equipment for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Fill and smooth imperfections, ensuring a clean and even surface for paint application.

Paint Application

• Apply paint finishes using various techniques, including spraying, rolling, and brushing.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve specified finishes and color schemes.

Quality Control

• Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of painted surfaces.
• Address any imperfections or deviations from specifications promptly.

Equipment Maintenance

• Properly clean and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and brushes.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

Safety Compliance

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of painting tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
