Job summary

About This Role

As a Powder Coat Painter with Crusoe, you will be responsible for applying industrial paint finishes like powder coat to metals or manufactured products. This includes mixing paints and other solutions and monitoring drying to ensure desired results. This role is essential for achieving the desired aesthetic and protective qualities of our products. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of general work experience, with formal training in production painting being a plus. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1+ years of general work experience with powder coating.
• Physical Requirements: Requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily. Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.

Compensation

Compensation will be paid in the range of $23-$26/HR + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
