Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a motivated painter in Wisconsin to join our property services team. Primary duties include painting internal and external surfaces across Bromley Village and related facilities, with attention to detail and safety.

This role is offered as either full-time or part-time, with both indoor and outdoor work, at times at heights. It requires physical effort, ladder use, and careful handling of painting materials. Reports to the Director of Property Services.

Looking for something new to paint? We are looking for a quality painter to complement our team of professionals. Attention to detail is paramount for this position.

Summary: Primary responsibility is internal and external painting within the Bromley Village and Bromley base of operations.

• Painting of internal and external buildings, structures and residences on the Bromley Village property and around the Bromley Resort base of operations.
• Work with other members of the property services team in maintaining the beauty and functionality of Bromley property.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This individual works indoors and outdoors, sometimes at heights or in confined spaces. This individual also routinely uses standard painting materials, chemicals, and equipment. The position requires the safe operation of ladders and power tools on a regular basis.

Physical Demands:

This is a physically active position requiring several hours of walking, bending, reaching and climbing.
