What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepping and painting commercial and industrial surfaces
• Pressure washing and surface cleaning before coatings
• Using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment like a pro
• Working from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
• Keeping jobsites clean, safe, and organized
• Working as part of a crew that actually has your back

What We’re Looking For

• Painting experience (commercial/construction preferred)
• Strong attention to detail — clean work matters here
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at heights
• Reliable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented
• Willing to travel for projects (some overnight travel required)
