Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a reliable maintenance technician responsible for painting and related tasks across our residential communities. You will coordinate with supervisors, prioritize requests, and ensure high-quality results for occupied units.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of painting experience (commercial or residential), strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. The role requires teamwork, independence, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• 2 years' painting experience preferred (commercial or residential).

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.
• Stay organized and prioritize requests.
• Identify and report issues to management related to employees, property, or residents.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments in a timely manner.
• Paint and/or touch up as needed.
• Work overtime when required.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders as needed.
• Assist Supervisor/Manager/Area Director with other duties as needed.
