Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a hardworking Painter to join our Western MA team. The role requires 3+ years of painting experience, including apartment environments, with skills in interior and exterior surfaces and wall repairs.

You will prepare sites, protect ground surfaces, and operate equipment such as power washers and spray systems, while working toward critical timelines in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of painting experience, with multi-skill proficiency.
• Experience painting in apartment communities or similar environments.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior wall repairs on drywall, plaster, stucco, or wood surfaces.
• Site preparation tasks: laying drop cloths, protecting ground surfaces, and daily cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces across residential buildings.
• Prepare work areas with drop cloths and protect surfaces from paint overspray.
• Operate tools and equipment (power washers, airless/HVLP spray systems) safely.
• Meet deadlines and work independently or in teams while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Aspen Square Management, One of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms with a sixty-year track record of success in the multi-family industry is seeking a hardworking, dedicated Painter to join our team in Western MA.

Position Requirements Include

• 3+ years demonstrated working in painting, showing multiple skills within the paint trade.
• Similar type apartment paint work experience as well as paint applications to wood and different surface level buildings.
• Knowledge and ability to perform interior and exterior wall repairs to various wall types such as drywall, wire lath and plaster and stucco.
• Job site preparation-unloading tools, laying out drop cloths or paper to protect ground surfaces
• Daily site clean-up-ensuring no paint is on ground surfaces, garbage is removed and bagged up, all tools are cleaned and stored
• Ability to safely erect, work on, and or operate scaffolding, high ladders, various lifts, power washers, airless and HVLP spray systems, and air compressors.
• Ability to meet critical timelines and work independently or in teams.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day.
