Job summary

The Manor at Seagoville, part of Cantex Continuing Care Network, is seeking a Painter to join our maintenance team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on delivering quality painting across the facility and supporting residents and staff.

The Painter will mix, match, and apply paint, perform touchups and drywall work, apply textures, sand, and coordinate large painting projects to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Painting experience required.
• Experience in a long-term care or related health care setting is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces.
• Completing touchups, drywall repairs including tape and bedding.
• Application of texture, sanding and paint.
• Facilitating and coordinating large painting projects for the facility.
