Job summary

Prime Healthcare at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, GA, is seeking a full-time Painter. The role supports hospital facilities by painting, maintaining surfaces, and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Shifts run Days; hours are 8 per day, with full-time employment and comprehensive benefits. Essential duties include logging equipment, supporting mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems; occasional driving for company business.

Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 0–1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs on all equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain and repair hospital equipment across mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance and medical gas systems.
• Drive as needed for company business.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment. Also maintain and repair equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving as needed for company business.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.


• Valid current state driver's license


• Minimum 0-1 years healthcare experience preferred.


• High School diploma or equivalent required.
