Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Painter in Ohio to maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the property at Ohio Northern University. The role is full- time, weekday shifts, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include painting surfaces, filling holes, estimating costs, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. A valid driver’s license and up to 2 years of painting experience are preferred; apprenticeship training may be required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related painting experience.
• Apprenticeship training may be required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Paint, varnish, stain, enamel, lacquer and redecorate walls, woodwork and fixtures.
• Fill nail holes, joints and cracks with plaster or filler.
• Estimate time and material costs for painting projects.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and with regularity.
• Other duties as assigned based on client requirements.
