In the department of architectural we have the Paint Shop.Position DescriptionThe Production Division within the Facilities and Operations Directorate has an opportunity to fill the position of a Painter A. This employee will work under minimum supervision and perform wide variety of interior and exterior skilled painting operations on buildings, furniture and laboratory equipment. Prepare surface, remove paint, mix paints and matches colors. Will use all methods of application as required. Must know use and application of paints, synthetics, bleaching materials, stains and similar products and proper use and care of painting equipment. Required to rig staging and scaffolding.The employee will be assigned to the day shift Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
