Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, Inc. in Browns Summit, NC seeks a skilled Painter for its manufacturing shop. You will prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply coatings to structural steel, while following safety policies and procedures.

Experience in Auto Body painting is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying heat/cold with loud environments is required. There is potential for growth with the apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required.
• High School Diploma or GED or related experience in Industrial or Auto Body Painting as determined by the plant manager.
• Auto body painting experience a plus, Bondo/repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paint surfaces.
• Mix paint.
• Follow all EAS safety policies and procedures.
• Roll/brush paint on structural steel.
• Caulk as needed.
