Job summary

Superior Ind in Morris, MN is seeking a Paint Technician to join our production team. You will prepare surfaces, mix paints, and operate spray equipment to achieve smooth finishes.

Responsibilities include masking, inspection for runs, cleaning the booth, and maintaining quality paperwork. We offer competitive hourly wages and a solid benefits package.

• Paint Application: Apply coatings to production parts and sub-assemblies using proper techniques to achieve smooth, even finishes.
• Equipment Operation & Care: Mix paints to correct specifications, set up and adjust spray equipment, and perform daily maintenance on painting tools and booths.
• Quality Assurance: Mask off non-paint areas, inspect completed work for defects such as runs or missed spots, and ensure all finishes meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized paint booth and complete required production and quality paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
