ACKERMANN PAINTING AND REMODELING LLC is seeking a residential/commercial painter in Littleton, CO to join our team. We specialize in exterior residential hand painting with thorough preparation, and you will perform professional interior and exterior painting in a residential setting.

You are an experienced painter who takes pride in quality, communicates well with customers, and works as part of an energetic team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 80-100 lbs of equipment

Responsibilities

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
• Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
• Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties
• Use caulk, putty, cement, or wood filler to repair holes and cracks
• Inspect paint jobs for quality
• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment

We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter to join our team! We specialize in exterior residential hand painting with a thorough preparation process. You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential setting.
