Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional residential or multifamily painting experience.
- Must efficiently work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The Painter is a skilled and reliable member of the team in maintaining and turning vacant apartment units in a fast-paced multifamily environment. As a floater, they will travel to various properties in the Avanti portfolio. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunities for long-term employment with a growing company.
What You’ll Do…
- Prep, prime, and paint vacant apartment units (walls, ceilings, trim, and doors)
- Maintain high-quality, uniform finishes across all assigned units
- Ensure all work is completed on time to support unit turnover schedules
- Patch holes, repair minor drywall damage, and ensure surfaces are clean and ready for paint
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of painting supplies and work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed…
- High school degree or GED preferred Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
- Minimum 3 years of professional residential or multifamily painting experience
- Must be able to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
