What You’ll Do:

• Assist in prepping, painting, and finishing commercial, industrial, and government projects
• Work as part of a crew on interior/exterior jobs
• Travel to out-of-town job sites (and get paid extra when you do!)
• Learn from experienced professionals who want to see you succeed
• Show up on time, work safely, and take pride in your craftsmanship

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Ensure a smooth and even finish
• Clean and maintain painting equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols
