Wastequip Manufacturing Company LLC is seeking a Helper/Cleaner/Finisher at our Rosemount, MN location. You will clean, grind, sand surfaces, and finish raw parts prior to painting while assisting welders with setup and material handling.

The role includes operating grinders, loading materials, and performing preventative maintenance on welding tools. The position supports the welding team, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on site in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to assist welders and follow setup instructions.
• Comfort with grinding, polishing, and cleaning surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean, grind, and finish surfaces of components.
• Assist welders with non-welding tasks and weld-table setup.
• Move materials using hoists, cranes, or forklift as needed.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep workpieces clean.
