Please review the job information below.***General Purpose of Job:** Under the direction and supervision of the Construction Supervisor, the Painter is responsible for performing unscheduled and scheduled work orders on the interior and exterior buildings of any and all DHS properties. Possesses general knowledge of all building trades and maintenance procedures related to the operation of the hospital. Ensures efficient operation, inspection and maintenance of the hospital’s interior and exterior buildings to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff and guests.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
