Qualifications

• Prepare surfaces to be painted, including removing prior finishes.
• Mask, remove, cover, or protect furniture and other non-painted surfaces.
• Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using various tools.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Painter Minimum Qualifications

• Must be of the age of 18 or older

Painter Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Prepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes

• Applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and other tools
• Maintains a clean work area
• Performs other duties as assigned
