The Adolphus is seeking a skilled hotel maintenance painter responsible for painting, plastering, and wallpaper maintenance to keep the property looking its best for guests and events. You will assess surfaces, prepare them, and apply finishes with attention to detail to ensure safety and aesthetics across all areas.

Responsibilities include patching walls, color matching, and coordinating with the Makeready team to support a variety of projects while maintaining efficient operations and hotel

Formación

• Prior experience in hotel makeready or maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in finishing surfaces.
• Thorough knowledge of the property to preserve aesthetics and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare walls and surfaces by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
• Fill cracks and holes with plaster or filler.
• Mix paints and materials to achieve correct color and texture.
• Paint surfaces using brushes, rollers, and other tools.

This individual understands there is nothing less social media-worthy then chipped paint. This person is passionate about ensuring the properties look their best in every shot. Their primary role is to paint, plaster and wallpaper all areas in need to ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment for all that walk through its doors. Detail oriented in every aspect of the job from setting up, planning, painting and cleaning.

Requested Tasks

• Examine surfaces to determine what kind and the amount of work necessary
• Prepare wall and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• Paint surfaces with various tools

Requested Capabilities

• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
