As one of the largest property management companies in the Upper Valley, we seek a motivated Painter/General Maintenance Technician in Lebanon NH. Responsibilities include painting, drywall, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing, and general handyman work across properties. Candidates should have knowledge in these areas and be able to complete tasks professionally and efficiently, documenting work accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks promptly
• Handle periodic after-hours calls and site visits
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
