Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Play & Paintbox Program Coordinator to provide a fun and safe atmosphere for all children participating in Paintbox activities.

You will lead daily activities, ensure safety, handle sign-ins, greeting guests, and coordinate with resort staff to communicate current programs and family activities. Prior experience with children and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age.
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Attendance at scheduled trainings is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily activities and ensure guests participate.
• Ensure safety and security of all children in Paintbox programs.
• Set up and clean up daily activities, including theme days.
• Greet guests and manage sign-in/release forms.
• Post charges to rooms and credit cards.
• Inform children and parents of daily crafts and activities.
• Handle reservation requests and incoming calls with good phone etiquette.
• Communicate program details to resort staff and guests.
• Maintain relationships with past/future guests through pre/post visit communication.
