Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Store Associate at Store #2076 in Cayce, SC. You will assist customers, respond to inquiries, and support daily store operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling sales, stocking, tinting, deliveries when needed, and maintaining product presentation with a focus on security and accuracy. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from the floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Assist in deliveries as needed; load/unload trucks.
