This role helps drive team performance by monitoring quality standards, supporting employee development, and maintaining operational consistency across daily production activities.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and the ability to support continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm (overtime as business requires).

Starting Pay: $27.75/hr+
