Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Make a connection with customers, ask questions about their project, and offer options and advice.
• Ensure delivery of product meets Dunn-Edwards and customer quality and service expectations.
• Conduct self in a professional manner and act as a positive extension of the Dunn-Edwards brand.
• Efficiently take customer orders via email, phone, or in‑person and process through POS.
• Adhere to safety standards at all times.
• Keep store and equipment clean and maintained.
• Assist with maintaining merchandise inventory levels.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Stock and merchandise products according to planogram.
