Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Willingness to learn about coatings, products and services.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with customers, assess their project needs, and offer options and advice.
• Ensure product delivery meets quality and service expectations.
• Handle customer orders via email, phone, or in person and process through POS.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper merchandise stock levels.
