Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience or willingness to learn in a coatings/paint store.
• Ability to communicate clearly and write routine reports or notes.
• Aptitude for learning product information and applying it to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with customers, ask questions about their project, and offer options and advice.
• Ensure timely delivery of product to meet quality and service expectations.
• Represent the Dunn-Edwards brand professionally and act as a positive company ambassador.
• Process customer orders via email, phone, or in person and complete transactions at the POS.
• Follow safety standards and maintain store and equipment in good condition.
• Assist with maintaining merchandise inventory and stocking as per planograms.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; color-related discussions with customers.
• Support core competencies: Customer focus, attention to detail, problem solving, initiative, teamwork.
