Job summary

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and achieve store goals.
Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and recommend products.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Maintain stock and merchandising to high standards.
Tint and mix products as requested by customers.
Support deliveries and loading/unloading when needed.
Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
Stay knowledgeable about products and available options.
Follow inventory control procedures.
