Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and prepare products for painting according to PPI procedures.
• Install bushings and tap hubs as part of order preparation.
• Paint and palletize pulleys in accordance with production standards.
• Accurately record daily manometer readings and manage paint waste logs.
• Replace thinner and totes as needed to ensure continuous operation.
• Apply color coding to products as specified by customer or internal requirements.
• Conduct inspections of painted parts to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare orders for shipment with paperwork, transfer sheets, tagging, and shipping orders.
• Utilize shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and returns.
• Perform routine maintenance on paint booths and systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area near the paint booth.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Aim for highest product quality from order receipt to completion.
• As needed, complete other related tasks under lead or supervisor guidance.
