Job summary

Ring's End, Inc. in Madison, CT is hiring for a full-time Paint Sales Associate to help our retail team keep our paint organized and up to speed. You will provide direct and indirect customer service, maintain inventory, and support shipments and stock in both floor and stockroom areas.

You will work to ensure accurate records, assist with opening and closing, guide other workers, and collaborate to keep operations running smoothly in a dynamic home-improvement setting.

Qualifications

• Flexible and adaptable to changes that may affect position.
• Ability to quickly count and use simple addition.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 100 lbs and standing all day.
• Ability to use current technology and learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Move store merchandise from order to customer receipt and provide service to customers.
• Maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Check in shipments and store orders for accuracy and quality.
• Keep records and files, prepare the store for opening/closing, and assist teammates.
