Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive paint spot repair preferred.
  • Automotive collision repair experience required.
  • Ability to repair paint defects through all stages of the repair process to final completion.
  • Experience using paint hand sprayers and spray guns.
  • Ability to perform light-touchup painting and finish work.
  • Ability to take a vehicle or component from paint damage through complete repair and finishing, resulting in a 100% completed, ship-ready product.
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, including welders, soldering equipment, cutting tools/torches, sanding equipment, blocks, hammers, wrenches, spray guns, and related equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow standardized work instructions and documented processes.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Ensure completed repairs meet quality standards and are ready for final shipment.

  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
