Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Paint Rack Maintenance Technician in Morehead, KY to maintain and improve production racks and related equipment. You will perform welding, fabrication, preventative maintenance, and data analysis to support safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires strong technical skills, ability to work with engineering on rack improvements, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SolidWorks or AutoCAD. Training may be provided for design tools.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent technical training.
Technical training or welding certification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance, fabrication, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform rack maintenance activities ensuring safety, quality, organization and productivity.
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on production racks and related equipment.
Weld, fabricate, and repair production racks and components; conduct structural repairs and modifications.
Support engineering-driven rack improvement projects and ergonomic/quality enhancements.
Monitor rack performance metrics and document findings in Excel or Power BI; identify trends and support corrective actions.
