Job summary

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is seeking a customer-service focused Resident Trainee Program Lead to join our Resident Services team in Sacramento, CA. This full-time, in-office role leads the training program for Clerical, Painting and Janitorial disciplines and coordinates daily activities with supervision.

The position emphasizes on-the-job training, safety, and performance monitoring to develop participants into reliable, productive employees who can obtain

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and training abilities.
• Experience coordinating training programs or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Trainee orientation and training in clerical, painting and janitorial areas.
• Coordinate program activities, assign tasks and set deadlines.
• Monitor trainee productivity and maintain progress records.
• Provide safety guidance and technical training to participants.

Education

AA degree + 2 years relevant experience

High school diploma/G.E.D. + 4 years relevant experience
