Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Production Associate (Paint) in Georgia to help meet production schedules across multiple tasks in the paint process. The role offers 2nd and 3rd shifts with a pay premium and opportunities for forklift training.

Candidates should have prior work experience and be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and perform repetitive operations. A strong safety focus is required and benefits are provided starting from day one.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience is required.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet production schedules through various tasks (masker/demasker, load/unload, caulker, pre-inspection).
• Operate blow off and shot blast equipment as assigned.
• May receive training to operate forklifts.
• Follow safety procedures and use provided PPE.
