A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking Manufacturing Project Engineers to support automotive manufacturing initiatives across multiple U.S. locations. The ideal candidate will manage process integrity, lead project initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include problem-solving within fast-paced environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting equipment improvements and new material introductions. Candidates with a Bachelor's in Engineering and relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. Overtime and travel may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
2–8+ years of experience in manufacturing or project management.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project.
Responsibilities
Provide daily process support to maintain operational integrity.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and new material introductions.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
