Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Field Store Associate to drive sales at Lowe’s Store #634 in Bloomington, IN. You will engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments, partner with associates, and uphold high merchandising and service standards.

This is a part-time position with weekday afternoons and weekends. Duties include tinting, color matching, training colleagues, and promoting Sherwin-Williams brands while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in Paint and Pro departments and present appropriate products and services.
• Promote and represent Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory best practices.
• Train Lowe's associates on product knowledge and application methods.
