Job summary

Bosch in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Paint and Print Operator to run the power tool accessory painting/printing line. You will load/unload the machine, adjust parameters, ensure order accuracy, and maintain product quality.

The role requires mobility across the machine, basic computer skills, and strict safety practices. Responsibilities include setting up the machine, transferring and loading files, mixing and loading paint, cleaning, troubleshooting, and ensuring correct order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
• Proper hand dexterity to handle parts and tools.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and orders.
• Strong understanding of machines and components.
• Computer and software navigation ability; learn new software as needed.
• Ability to multitask in a production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Setup machine.
• Transfer and load files.
• Mix and load paint.
• Clean and maintain machine.
• Identify and assess problems with machine.
• Understand proper product flow on machine.
• Follow SOPs for painting and printing of Power Tool Accessories.
• Follow procedures for machine cleanliness and tool organization.
• Read and fulfill correct orders.
• Inspect product for quality standards.
• Understand root causes of quality issues.
• Some initial overseas travel.
