Job summary

Northlake Collision in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Paint Prepper to support painters and apply paint to vehicle parts following repair work. You will cover unpainted areas, buff surfaces after painting, and help with material requests in a fast-paced collision center.

The role requires prior collision center painting experience, ability to operate painting equipment, and a commitment to safety and productivity. Regular hours with potential overtime and weekend shifts may apply.
