Job summary

Jusczak Repair is seeking a dependable Paint Prep Technician to join our growing team in Minnesota. You will prepare trucks, trailers, and equipment for painting with sanding, masking, and surface preparation to ensure a quality finish.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and safe operation of hand and power tools. CDL is a plus, valid driver’s license required, and the position supports ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in paint preparation, automotive, heavy truck, or equipment repair preferred.
• Experience with sanding, masking, surface preparation, and sandblasting.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CDL is a plus but not required.

Jusczak Repair is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Prep Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for preparing commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment for painting by performing surface preparation, masking, sanding, cleaning, and other pre-paint tasks.

The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and understands the importance of proper preparation in achieving a professional finish. This role is a key part of the paint process and helps ensure high-quality results for our customers.
