Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator to package paint and related products by operating, setting up, adjusting, and performing QC checks to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in every cycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CNC operations preferred.
• Ability to read batch cards and understand instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and read meters or scales.
• Industrial manufacturing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and examine products for quality and conformance to specs.
• Set up, adjust, and change over equipment for production runs.
• Monitor filling equipment and maintain operating levels.
• Operate at efficient speeds to ensure quality output.
• Read job orders, determine quantities, and communicate directions to associates.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment adjustments.
• Lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
