Job summary

LG Electronics in Clarksville, TN, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production across multiple lines and drive continuous improvement. You will guide a high-performance team, optimize productivity, quality, and safety, and implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to meet daily, monthly, and annual targets.

The role requires 7–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma lean manufacturing.
• Technical ability with problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with metal stamps, injection mold, and paint systems preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory levels support production across all assembly lines.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and employee engagement.
• Understand KPIs that drive business growth and monitor performance.
• Maintain high 5S standards in all production areas.
• Support management and direction of production parts and quality activity for a safe workplace.
• Lead continuous improvement culture and initiatives.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality systems; analyze reports for problems.
• Set and monitor product standards and sample testing during processing.
• Coordinate procedures for facility and equipment maintenance.
• Align teams to forecast, reduce labor costs, and track progress.
