Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Paint Masker Level 1 to work under direct supervision on the second shift. You will mask required part features using tapes, paper and plugs to protect areas during processing, while ensuring part cleanliness, undamaged surfaces and correct configurations.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety rules. Entry level position with no prior experience required; basic masking knowledge and English literacy are expected.
Paint Masker Level 1: Under direct supervision, a Paint Masker will perform simple masking of required part features with appropriate masking materials (such as tapes, paper, plugs, etc.) to protect the areas from processing. Insuring and validating part cleanliness, damage free surfaces, and part configurations are some of the essential functions a level one masker will be required to perform. Other responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as adherence to organization safety rules and regulations.
