Job summary

Accurate Fabrication is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to enhance paint line performance and improve product quality. The successful candidate will develop and monitor processes related to painting, oversee quality compliance, and lead projects for continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to meet industry standards.

Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree or extensive experience, with a strong background in powder coating and industrial paint systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and project management experience are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a metal fabrication, industrial coating, or finishing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of powder coating and/or liquid paint systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes related to powder coating and liquid paint operations.
  • Lead capital improvement projects involving paint line equipment and facility upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Skills

Strong knowledge of powder coating and/or liquid paint systems
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
6+ Years Experience in related field
