The successful candidate will develop and monitor processes related to painting, oversee quality compliance, and lead projects for continuous improvement. Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree or extensive experience, with a strong background in powder coating and industrial paint systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and project management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a metal fabrication, industrial coating, or finishing environment.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating and/or liquid paint systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes related to powder coating and liquid paint operations.
• Lead capital improvement projects involving paint line equipment and facility upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Skills

Strong knowledge of powder coating and/or liquid paint systems

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

6+ Years Experience in related field
