Job summary

Labconco Corporation, a long‑standing leader in laboratory equipment, is seeking production operators to support our powder‑coating line. You will help apply finishes to parts, monitor coating quality, and work with teammates to keep the line running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of powder-coating systems or similar finishing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot coating equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support the daily functions of the powder-coating system on the paint line.
• Ensure consistent application of high-quality finishes on all parts processed through the line.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance to maintain optimal operation.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
