About the Opportunity:

Job Purpose:

To perform all pre & post powder-coating activities in accordance with company quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Work in a team environment
  • Perform duties such as masking, loading, unloading, buffing, removing weld splatter, and inspecting painted parts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Needed:

Required:

  • Ability to use power tools
  • Good eye for detail
  • Understanding of safety protocols

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a production environment
Working Conditions:

Work near moving equipment, lift up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with reaching and repetitive motions. The work area is noisy, requiring ear protection.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base wage between $19.00 - $22.13/hour, including eligibility for overtime. Participation in the Production Bonus Plan is available, based on performance metrics. Benefits include a 401(k) with 4% match, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, disability insurance, health savings account, life insurance, legal services, tuition assistance, and more.
