GH Metal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Paint Line Operator role within our fabrication environment.
The position supports continuous improvement in production processes and quality objectives, with tasks including reading SOPs, documenting production records, and ensuring proper hanging, line density, and packing per customer specifications. The role requires solid communication, the ability to work independently or in a team, and familiarity with blueprints and work orders.
The Fabricating job family ensures an environment of continuous improvement exists in the organizations production processes, operating procedures and workflows in order to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction. General areas of responsibility include producing products for OEM partners; developing quality objectives; documenting procedures; implementing and measuring quality measurements; delivering training; and leading the organization through industry quality certification processes.
